Our Lives Are At Stake!

Is that another one of your hyperbolism?

Well I will let you decide when medically necessary healthcare is denied.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump lamented the growing acceptance of transgender Americans Friday in an appearance at the annual gathering of Moms for Liberty, a national nonprofit that has spearheaded efforts to get mentions of LGBTQ+ identity and structural racism out of K-12 classrooms.

Trump said transgender women should not be allowed to play in women’s sports and said access to gender-affirming health care should be restricted. He also lashed out at critics who have accused him of using Arlington National Cemetery for a campaign photo op.
Did you get the part where he said, “gender-affirming health care should be restricted”? Back in 2023 he is reported…
Trump vows to 'stop' gender-affirming care for minors if re-elected president
Trump said he would also push schools to “promote positive education about the nuclear family” and “the roles of mothers and fathers."

Former President Donald Trump vowed in a video released Tuesday that, if he is re-elected, he will punish doctors who provide gender-affirming care to minors and push schools to “promote positive education about the nuclear family” and “the roles of mothers and fathers” as part of a wide-ranging set of policies to use federal power to target transgender people.

In a straight-to-camera video posted on his Truth Social platform, Trump said he would task several federal agencies to police and ultimately “stop” gender-affirming care for minors, which he equated to “child abuse” and “child sexual mutilation.”

He said he would also prohibit any federal agency from working to “promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age," not just for minors.
He is talking about all of us, not just children!
Trump’s Running Mate, JD Vance, Wants To Criminalize Gender-Affirming Care For Minors
The Ohio senator introduced a bill that cobbles together numerous restrictions on gender-affirming care.

Former President Donald Trump just announced his running mate, JD Vance, a first-term senator from Ohio who has espoused anti-abortion and anti-LGBTQ policies while in office.

The 39-year-old former venture capitalist, first made famous by his 2016 memoir, “Hillbilly Elegy,” is known for his hard stance on abortion. He campaigned against Ohio’s constitutional amendment to protect the right to abortion last year, though voters ultimately approved it.

[…]

But last year Vance also introduced a bill in the Senate that would criminalize gender-affirming care for transgender minors. Vance’s bill cobbles together numerous restrictions on gender-affirming care, mirroring the language of state-level bills that Republican-led legislatures have passed in the last three years.

Even the name of the bill, the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, echoes similar Republican-introduced legislation to “save” or “protect” kids and women from the threat of “transgenderism,” evoking rhetoric that dates back to anti-gay activist Anita Bryant’s “Save Our Children” campaign in the 1970s and beyond.
How does that saying go? If someone tells you that they are going to do something, believe them!
Last year the Trump campaign released a video on Truth Social where the former president promised to “protect children from left-wing gender insanity” and said that he would punish doctors who provide gender-affirming care to minors.
I believe him and will vote BLUE because my life depends upon it.

This is what all this talk about criminalizing us is doing to the children!
Study: 90% of Trans Americans Fear Election Impact on Healthcare
In advance of the 2024 election, FOLX HEALTH offered Teen Vogue exclusive access to their polling on how trans and nonbinary Americans are feeling about the political climate.

Trans healthcare – and life in general – have been the subject of countless headlines and several hundred examples of proposed legislation since the last presidential election. In advance of the 2024 Harris-Trump matchup, digital healthcare service FOLX HEALTH offered Teen Vogue exclusive access to their new polling on how trans and nonbinary Americans are feeling about the political climate.

The survey got the perspectives of over 1,500 trans people, half of whom resided in states that voted Red in 2020, the other half in states that went Blue. “I won’t mince my words. Our community, myself included, is concerned about the increasing attacks on LGBTQ+ rights," FOLX CEO Liana Douillet Guzmán tells Teen Vogue.

In the last year, 1 in 5 trans people surveyed lost access to healthcare “as a result of anti-LGBTQ policies and laws” and 58% of respondents considered moving to a different state; respondents in states with more anti-LGBTQ policies reported higher rates.
  •     55% were “unable to access mental health treatment when needed, primarily due to difficulties in finding LGBTQ-affirming providers.” 2 in 3 respondents “experienced frequent mental health distress this past month,” which is higher than reported national estimates.
  •     9 in 10 believe the 2024 election will have “a major impact on access to healthcare for LGBTQ people nationwide.” 67% “have made or are planning to make changes to their use of gender-affirming care due to concerns about the election.”
  •     92% are anxious about the presidential election. According to FOLX, “Enthusiasm and hopelessness about the presidential election remain low, but have increased three to four times since Biden left the race.”
  •     When it comes to Harris vs. Trump, only 8% believed that Trump addresses LGBTQ concerns “very much so,” versus 28% for Harris.
  •     90% are registered voters. The top three issues in order for the trans adults surveyed were LGBTQ+ issues, including healthcare access; threats to democracy; and the war on Gaza.

The majority of respondents reported feeling consistent negative impacts on their mental health and well-being, their relationships, and fear for their own or family’s safety “due to the prevailing political discourse;” just under 60% reported regular instances of either IRL or online bullying related to politics.

The Republicans don't care what they are doing to us, as long as they get votes.

I'm voting for the party that cares about us... I'm voting for the Democrats

Trump Blames Harris for Arlington National Cemetery Story: ‘She Made It All Up’
The GOP nominee claimed that the vice president was helped by her “misinformation squad.”

Donald Trump on Tuesday claimed Kamala Harris “made up” the story about a member of his campaign staff getting into a physical altercation with an official at Arlington National Cemetery last week.

The cemetery has already confirmed that an incident took place during the Republican nominee’s visit on Aug. 26 for a wreath-laying ceremony to mark the third anniversary of a bombing which killed American soldiers during the withdrawal from Afghanistan. The U.S. Army separately confirmed Trump’s staff “abruptly pushed” the female employee who was trying to uphold cemetery rules prohibiting recording and photographing for political purposes.

“The was no conflict or ‘fighting’ at Arlington National Cemetery last week,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post Tuesday. “It was a made up story by Comrade Kamala and her misinformation squad. She made it all up to make up for the fact that she and Sleepy Joe have BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS for the INCOMPETENT AFGHANISTAN Withdrawal - THE MOST EMBARRASSING DAY IN U.S. HISTORY!!!”
When Trump makes up these names does he sound like presidential material or a ten year old on a playground?
Trump went on to write that Harris and Biden “should have been at Arlington, not on a beach or studying for a Debate.” Both Biden and Harris released statements honoring the victims of the attack at Abbey Gate outside Kabul Airport—in which 13 U.S. service members were killed—with White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby explaining that Trump’s visit to the cemetery had been a “personal invitation by families.” A White House official and a Harris aide told NBC News Sunday that Biden and Harris had not received similar invitations from Gold Star families.
His name calling didn't end there...

Over the six weeks since Kamala Harris succeeded President Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee, Donald Trump has charged relentlessly that she’s a radical whose views are out of step with voters.

“She’s a Marxist. She’s a fascist,” the former president declared last week, weirdly combining labels that normally contradict each other.

Trump claimed, without a shred of evidence, that Vice President Harris, whom he has dubbed “Comrade Kamala,” “wants this country to go communist.”

Trump has openly explained his strategy to reporters: “All we have to do is define our opponent as being a communist or a socialist.”

But his wild punches aren’t landing.
But he is so punch drunk that he doesn't know his blows are bouncing off,
A barrage of public opinion polls shows that Harris has risen steadily in voters’ eyes and holds a narrow lead in the national popular vote. A Wall Street Journal poll released last week found that the vice president is viewed positively by 49% of voters, a gain of 14% since July.

The same poll found that 59% of voters consider Trump “too extreme” to be president, but only 46% consider Harris too extreme. (That number, 46%, roughly matches already committed Trump voters’ share of the electorate.)
I think that the voters are finally seen the true Trump just a spoiled narcissistic brat who is just a blowhard that offers nothing. And you will see him become more unhinged old man.

I'm voting for the adult in the room. I'm voting for Harris.
