When we go to court we are taking chances on the outcome, you never know what jurors or judges will do.

When I was helping pass legislation and there were lawyers involved you could never get a yes or no answer, “It appears to me that…” “So far there hasn’t been any precedent…” “A judge hasn’t ruled yet on a case…” Nope there are no yes or no answer because they know that until the verdict comes in no one knows the answers.
