- 2018: House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI)
- 2019: DOJ Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz: Results... Found no political bias in the decision to open the probe, but cited 17 errors/omissions in the FISA warrant applications against Carter Page.
- 2023: DOJ Special Counsel John Durham: Results... Concluded the FBI should not have opened a full investigation (inadequate predication) and cited "confirmation bias," but secured only one guilty plea from an FBI lawyer for altering an email.
All of them didn't find any criminal activity by Presidents Biden or Obama, but here we go again!
The focus of this grand jury will be...
- James Clapper: Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI).
- John Brennan: Former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
- James Comey: Former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Bottom line: Despite years of congressional and DOJ reviews: no court has upheld claims that top Democratic figures “colluded” to impede Trump. They did find some internal missteps were documented (e.g., FBI errors in FISA surveillance), but they didn’t substantiate a coordinated Democratic conspiracy.
But here we go again!
