That there are elections coming up in a month or two depending upon the state to fill seats of legislators appointed by Trump… in the House the Republicans have a 4 seat advantage but three seats are up for special elections: In Florida Rep. Mike Waltz (R-Fla.) resigned to become Trump's national security adviser, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) maybe resigning to become the ambassador to the UN, and Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) resigned from the 118th Congress. That will give the Republicans only a one seat advantage.
And in the Senate: J.D. Vance seat is up for a special election and so is Marco Rubio's seat since he was appointment as Secretary of State, the Republicans had a 3 seat advantage, flip these seats and that will a one seat advantage!
