Defense Department personnel could face polygraphs in the latest such inquiry by the Trump administration.A memo late Friday from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's chief of staff Joe Kasper referred to "recent unauthorized disclosures" of such information but provided no details about alleged leaks.Earlier in the day, President Trump rejected reports that adviser Elon Musk would be briefed on how the United States would fight a hypothetical war with China."If this effort results in information identifying a party responsible for an unauthorized disclosure," then such information "will be referred to the appropriate criminal entity for criminal prosecution," according to the memo.
You know one of the first things that a would be dictator does is control the media. Damn the Constitution! Damn the First Amendment! Damn a persons legal rights.
My first question is... How do we know that there even was "unauthorized disclosures"? You see with an authoritarian crisis are manufactured in order to justify that taking away of people rights... martial law needs a crisis. In my life time I just have to look at the Gulf of Tonkin incident.
Here is my prediction: This summer during a protest, Trump will order the military against it, just like Kent State.
