This "In The Life" video has been making the rounds on Facebook, it is about, "Eight families with transgender and gender non-conforming children ranging in ages from 5 to 25 share their stories. With the healthy development of their children at stake, parents must confront binary perceptions of gender, widespread transphobia and controversial parenting decisions."
I know a number of people in the video who live in the area.
It is a long video, but well worth taking the time to watch.
