enna Talackova, a 23-year-old Canadian, was disqualified last month from being allowed to compete in her country's Miss Universe pageant for not being a "naturally born female." The Miss Universe Organization later backtracked on their ruling, thus allowing Talackova to compete, but her fight for equality does not end there.
