Cuckoo Award!

Hey! We have a homegrown award recipient. Here is the bill he introduced… is it on the economy? No… Is on rebuilding the roads? No on that either.

So what was the most pressing bill that had to be introduced on the very first day of the legislative session?

Are you ready for this? Are you sure? Well here is the earth shattering bill… are you ready… it is kind of like the “Chemtrails”
Proposed Bill No. 67
(By Request)
AN ACT REQUIRING THE DISCLOSURE OF CHEMICALS DISBURSED
IN THE AIR BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND WEATHER
ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of
2 Energy and Environmental Protection to post on its Internet web site
3 any chemicals that are disbursed in the air by the federal government,
4 including, but not limited to, stratospheric aerosol injections, solar
5 radiation modification experimentations and other weather engineering
6 activities.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the disclosure of chemical releases by the federal
government.
Um… did you get all that? So one of his constituents suggested the bill and he did.

The Hartford Courant wrote...
He also introduced “An Act Requiring the Disclosure of Chemicals Disbursed in the Air by the Federal Government and Weather Engineering Activities.”

One of the most conservative members of Connecticut’s legislature, from Wolcott, Connecticut’s most conservative town, Sampson’s bills rarely get enough support to advance.
With a Democrat super-majority his bills are DOA

So it is with great honor to give the Cuckoo Award to… (A little drum roll please.)
To SEN. SAMPSON, of the 16th District.
