The Republicans have:
- Passed legislation to make it a felony to treat trans children,
- Passed legislation to strip us of our health insurance,
- Passed legislation to force us to use the bathroom of our gender assigned at birth,
- Passed legislation to require school to tell our parents that we are trans even when parents may throw us out of the house or do physical harm to us,
- Passed legislation for "Religious Freedom" to exempt people from obeying non-discrimination laws just by saying "It is against my religion,"
- Banned us from serving in the military,
- Banned us from taking part in sports.
In Connecticut when the gender inclusive non-discrimination bill passed in 2011 not a single Republican voted for it and they had:
- Introduced an amendment to the non-discrimination bill requiring us to register with the DMV that we are trans [Sen. Witkos (R)],
- Introduced an amendment to increase the level of a crime if it was committed while dressed as ourselves, a misdemeanor becomes a felony [Sen. Kissel (R)],
- Introduced an amendment to require us to use the bathroom of our gender assigned at birth [Sen. Welch (R)],
- Introduced amendment which would have allowed schools to transfer a teacher out of the classroom while they were transitioning [Sen. Kissel (R)],
- Introduced a bill to strip health insurance from us [Rep. Sampson (R)].
Some people say that there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans well not one single anti-trans bill have been introduced by a Democrat. Not a single pro abortion bill was submitted by a Democratic.
Then we have Herschel Walker who can't speak the truth, is caught in one lie after another. Then we have all the Republican election deniers. We have J.D. Vance, a Republican candidate for a US Senate seat in Ohio who had fundraisers for the insurrectionists and thought it was "just" a protest.

Then we have the Supreme Court that they packed and is chipping away at our hard fought human rights, they have already stepped between a woman and her doctor, LGBTQ+ human rights are next.
Also considers that two more justices are in their 70s, who do you want to appoint the next justices?

The 2018 turnout was 10 points higher than the average midterm turnout over the previous 40 years (39.4 percent)
