In the leadup to next year’s legislative session, no fewer than 20 bills targeting transgender medical care have been pre-filed in at least nine states.

Missouri: three bills against trans healthcare and a forth bill against doctors that treat us.

Montana: five bills against trans healthcare.

New Hampshire:

Legislation pre-filed in New Hampshire aims to prohibit “gender transition procedures” for minors and retool the state’s definition of so-called conversion therapy, a discredited practice that seeks to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity.

Oklahoma: a bill to prevent state funds from being used for our healthcare.

South Carolina: three bills.

Tennessee: one bill

Texas: two bills making it child abuse to treat a trans client and one going the insurance for doctors and hospitals.

Utah: one bill.

Virginia: one bill.

The scary one is the New Hampshire that twist the definition of “conversion therapy” to include our healthcare.
