He Is A Macho Man!

You got to understand, that he is a Christian Nationalist... he has visons of himself as a crusader in armor riding a white horse carrying a flag.
The Navy captain’s orders were revoked just days before she was supposed to take over a new command.

A Navy captain who was the first woman to serve with the elite SEAL Team Six as a troop commander is being pushed out of the military.

The officer, whose identity has not been revealed, was supposed to take over a new role that would have made her the first woman in a Naval Special Warfare command overseeing Navy SEALS, CNN reported.

But just two weeks before the command was supposed to begin, the Pentagon abruptly revoked her orders, suggesting that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had killed the command because he didn’t want a woman in the role, sources told CNN.

The circumstances under which the decision was made and the way it was communicated—through a series of phone calls instead of through the usual channels—seemed designed to avoid leaving a paper trail.
They knew they were doing wrong so they tried to cover their tracks...
A retired Coast Guard commander said she was “fearful for women in uniform right now.”

Women are already getting squeezed out of Pete Hegseth’s military.

A female Navy captain was set to become the first woman to oversee Navy SEALs in a Naval Special Warfare command in July—until her promotion was abruptly canceled with little to no explanation.

She was the top officer for promotion in her cohort, CNN reported Tuesday on the unnamed commander. She received a Purple Heart for her time in Iraq, during which she was injured in an IED attack. She was also the first female troop commander to serve with SEAL Team Six.

“She was the best man for the job. There is absolutely no DEI,” a retired SEAL told CNN.

But two weeks before the ceremony commemorating her advance was set to take place, her rank change was canceled.

The decision came through a series of phone calls that skirted formal channels while omitting a paper trail, several sources told CNN. The consensus among Naval Special Warfare is that the incoming commander was yanked by the defense secretary because of her gender.

“They want to keep it the brotherhood and don’t like that she’s coming in and challenging the status quo,” a Navy special operations source familiar with the situation told the news network.
I am worried... Hegseth have been kicking out high ranking officers, not just women, who put the Constitution before loyalty to the party!

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says he’s proud to be part of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches, an archconservative network of Christian congregations.

Hegseth recently made headlines when he shared a CNN video on social media about CREC, showing its pastors arguing women should not have the right to vote.

Pastor Doug Wilson, a CREC co-founder, leads Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho, the network’s flagship location. Jovial and media-friendly, Wilson is no stranger to stirring controversy with his church’s hard-line theology and its embrace of patriarchy and Christian nationalism.

Wilson told The Associated Press on Monday he was grateful Hegseth shared the video. He noted Hegseth’s post was labeled with Christ Church’s motto: “All of Christ for All of Life.”
This guy is scary! Why... because he is an ideolog who puts religion first, the Constitution last. His vision of the nation is that of the Handmaid's Tale -- where a woman's place is in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant. He is promoting white Christian military leaders and shit-canning those who still believe in the Constitutions

Hegseth is systematically re-orientation of the Defense Department around an ideological agenda, removing women leaders, restricting transparency, promoting sectarian ideas — points toward a politicized, exclusionary command culture.

Now couple that with Trump...
One retired Guard vice chief calls the president's move 'extremely disturbing.'

President Donald Trump on Monday ordered the Pentagon to create National Guard units in Washington, D.C., and across the country that would be designated to tamp down civil protests and ensure public safety -- a job that historically and legally has belonged to civilian law enforcement.

Critics called Trump's desire to build a kind of rapid "reaction force" for civil unrest alarming, insisting his order pushes legal boundaries for the National Guard, an auxiliary force whose mission is to help fight foreign enemies abroad or aid Americans in times of extraordinary crisis like hurricanes and floods.

In an executive order signed Monday, Trump called on Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to designate Army and Air National Guard members in each state who could rapidly deploy to help federal, state and local law enforcement "in quelling civil disturbances and ensuring the public safety and order whenever the circumstances necessitate, as appropriate under the law."
I kept on think... what are they up to? Are Trump and Hegseth planning on something for the 2026 elections?
