Look Out The Window

I once knew a weather person on TV, he told me one of the last things that he did before a broadcast was look out the window!

He said the last thing that he ever wanted to do was going on TV and say it is sunny when it is pouring rain.
In an Earth Day message, Trump's White House touted his rollback on climate protections as a boon for the environment.

An Earth Day message from the White House praises President Donald Trump, a man who once claimed climate change was a hoax created by the Chinese, as the long-awaited president who follows science.

The press release sent out Tuesday, titled “On Earth Day, We Finally Have a President Who Follows Science,” lists an assortment of actions Trump has taken that the White House claims are actually good for the environment, despite every major conservation group saying the opposite.
Okay everyone stop laughing, this is serious!
By “pausing restrictive emissions rules for coal plants,” Trump has “accelerated responsible energy and infrastructure projects,” the release says. By clamping down on wind energy, Trump is “recognizing wind turbines’ detrimental environmental impact, particularly on wildlife, which often outweighs their benefits,” the release says, pushing the myth that wind turbines have any significant impact on bird populations.
You'll have to realize that every word Trump speaks is Newspeak! Which is the official language of the totalitarian state!
Tuesday’s press release describes the expansion of logging on public lands as “safeguarding millions of acres of forestland, improving wildlife habitats, and supporting rural economies at the same time.”
Now this is a classic Newspeak... notice how he says he is going to cut down millions of acres of trees to save the forest!

Reuters reports that,
The Trump administration has terminated federal employees in charge of U.S. global climate policy and climate aid as part of its reorganization of the State Department, four sources familiar with the notification told Reuters.

The career employees in the Office of Global Change, which came under the State Department's Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, played a lead role in U.S. negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
Oh yes, he is protecting us by cutting down all the trees!

On his first day in office, President Donald Trump issued a flurry of executive orders reversing the Biden administration’s policies on climate change and scientific integrity and directing federal agencies to fast-track energy permitting. Since then, Trump has also frozen substantial environmental funding under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act and shuttered the climate office at the Department of Health and Human Services.

In an executive order titled “Unleashing American Energy,” Trump disbanded the Interagency Working Group on the Social Cost of Greenhouse Gases and excluded their work up to this point from government policy. Biden established the group via executive order in 2021.
Oh yes he is protecting the environment... NOT!

The Trump with & Company is that they look out the window but they don't believe in what they are seeing!
