Lobster Cake Benedict… homemade lobster cakes, roasted red pepper hollandaise at the Van Rensselaers
Lazy Man's Lobster Roll… 5 oz native lobster meat sautéed in butter and served on a toasted roll at Mac’s on the Pier
Lobster Newburg… fresh lobster meat in a sherry cream sauce at the Lobster Pot
