Erin Paré is proposing legislation to regulate what transgender school employees wear in school after she says the Wake County school system hired a transgender music teacher. Now they are going to spend valuable time in the legislature debating this draconian bill.
Weren't there laws, long ago, that made it a criminal offense to wear the clothes usually wore by the opposite sex? Better get the wording correct unless you want a sex discrimination suit when you do not designate cis women cannot wear jeans or pants suits to a school.
