Know Your Rights: Filing an Employment Discrimination Complaint with the EEOC

The important thing to remember is that you have only 180 days to file the complaint.

And for Connecticut discrimination complaints you might want to file it with the Connecticut CHRO also. Their guidelines are here, but remember, just like the EEOC you have only 180 days to file a complaint.
