CLEARWATER, Florida - A Safety Harbor transgender nursing student says her Pinellas vocational school isn't allowing her to use the women's restroom.
[…]
Wilson, who's transgender, was born a boy but since she was 12 she said she's identified with being female. She's currently undergoing gender transition right now. She mentioned that to some of her fellow classmates recently, and a month later she said she was called into the office.

"Basically told that I can't use the women's restroom and I can't use the men's restroom- and the only restroom I was given access to at that time was a storage room that did not lock from the inside," Wilson explained.
You know that this is going to cost the school district tens of thousands of dollars to defend their position and they are fighting an uphill battle against numerous court rulings in favor of the trans-students. Also the Departments of Education and of Justice have taken the position that Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 both ban discriminating against trans-students because it is sex discrimination. As one judge said in the Schroer v. Library of Congress case, changing sex, like changing religion, doesn't change the discrimination.

So why do schools still not follow the law? What are they teaching the students when they flaunt the law? What are they teaching the students about discrimination? How much is it going to cost the taxpayers to support this unlawful position?

  1. Are you even remotely aware of how much damage you "out, loud, and proud" men in dresses are causing those suffering from true transsexualism?

I guess you do and just don't care!
