Just What I Really Don't Need

This sucks..........

It has been raining heavily all day and a leak has developed in my Dinning room ceiling.
I have lived here since 1991 and have never had a problem until now. Why now?

Might be your gutters....we've had some small leaks this weekend that we've traced to woefully neglected (i.e. - full of crap and maple tree droppings) gutters.

It was really coming down yesterday.....
