MIDLAND, MI — A judge has dismissed a Midland County woman's lawsuit against Planet Fitness for its transgender-friendly locker room policy.

Yvette Cormier plans to appeal the judge's ruling, according to her attorney, who called the decision "reckless" in a prepared statement.
[…]
Midland County Circuit Judge Michael J. Beale filed an opinion dated Jan. 4 dismissing the lawsuit.

Beale's opinion states "there was no intrusion upon the solitude or seclusion of the plaintiff by the presence of the clothed male in the common area of the restroom."

Judge Beale also said the plaintiff failed to show she was subjected to "quid pro quo" sexual harassment since she did not receive unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct or communication of a sexual nature.
Of course she is going to appeal the judge’s ruling. The problem that I see is that they might get an appeals judge who is anti-LGBT and not care about the law like what happened in Maine where a judge ruled that the law didn't cover bathrooms and locker rooms.

I hope that Planet Fitness will sue her to get their legal expenses back.
