The Making A White Christian Nation

The making of a White Christian nation one step at a time!

A crackdown on National Park Service (NPS) communications has led the Department of the Interior (DOI) to take control of NPS online content and enforce more bans under a new system, this time on certain digital materials.

Since February, a small group of DOI staff has been delegated to review the NPS' online materials and new submissions for compliance with Trump’s mandate from last year, which aims to sanitize U.S. history in NPS messaging and remove any references to indigenous genocide, slavery, or any other topic that the White House can argue "disparages" Americans past or present or promotes diversity, equity, or inclusion (DEI).

NPS employees have already endured a tumultuous time since Trump regained to the presidency, suffering severe cuts to personnel and budget that began in early 2025 and will continue into this year. While the monitoring and censoring of NPS communications has been ongoing since the executive order last year, this new effort marks the first broad attempt at controlling the messaging of NPS’ online presence and suggests Trump's directive is still full steam ahead.
Question: "What is a common trait in a fascists government?" Answer: Controlling the message.
Prior to February’s crackdown, nearly 1,000 NPS employees had the ability to change or add to NPS sites at their own discretion. In contrast, under the new initiative, one staffer calls the current process a "total lockdown" on NPS messaging.
Another disturbing trend is that the NPS is not responding to media inquiries. Why? Why do they not want to talk about what they are doing?

They removed us from the Stonewall Historical site and this is just one of the steps in the White-Washing of America!
