ChatGPT?

Oh I bet the born-againer are going to be in a tizzy over this! I can just hear them now about taking gods name in vane.
A ChatGPT user generated a fictitious Bible verse about Jesus accepting trans people – and pro-LGBTQ+ Christians think it’s incredibly accurate.

Reddit user u/Psychological_Dog527 posted to the r/trans subreddit writing that they decided to generate a Bible verse using ChatGPT because they were feeling low.

The resulting text sees Jesus accepting a transgender woman into heaven, which the user wrote “gave me some comfort”.

“And a woman, whose heart was divided between spirit and body, came before him,” the generated verse wrote.

“In quiet despair, she asked: ‘Lord, I come to you estranged, for my spirit and body are not one. How shall I hope to enter the kingdom of God?’

“Jesus looked upon her with kindness, replying: ‘My child, blessed are those who strive for unity within themselves, for they shall know the deepest truths of my Father’s creation. Be not afraid, for in the kingdom of God, there is no man nor woman, as all are one in spirit. The gates of my Father’s kingdom will open for those who love and are loved, for God looks not upon the body, but the heart’.”

The post quickly went viral on the subreddit, where it gained thousands of likes and comments from those who felt similarly comforted by the message.
Yes, I can believe that it went viral, I can just hear the conservative snowflakes now, Publica wrote,
While comments on the Reddit post lauded ChatGPT’s ability to tailor the Bible to transgender individuals, news that it willingly alters the Good Book sparked outrage among X users, who fear that using ChatGPT to override scripture creatively is a slippery slope.

Santiago Pliego, a Christian and founder of the talent placement agency New Founding, posted: “We are summoning things that cannot easily be unsummoned.”
Hear that hissing sound? That is the sound of steam coming out of the conservative snowflakes ears.

LGBTQ Nation wrote about the X poat about ChatGPT,
“I’m not religious at all. Quite the opposite. But having read the bible myself, based on what is written there, you don’t need to make up verses because Jesus did accept and love trans people. Because he preached about loving and accepting everybody, no exceptions!” the top-voted comment points out. “If only all Christians got that memo.”
A conservative website had this to say, Turning Point USA
While AI has incredible capabilities to “create,” the technology still mimics human inventions, arts, sciences, discoveries, texts, and the like. It draws from every source available, created by people, to form its conclusion. It is also easily manipulated by its creators using code to implement discrete forms of bias. There have already been several articles published highlighting the left-leaning bias shown in ChatGPT responses.
I have used ChatGPT and Google’s Bard to answer questions before and found it, I wouldn’t call pro-trans but rather thoughtful.
