Patrick’s Place Saturday Six #456
1. R is for RACE: If you had to attend some sort of race — horse race, NASCAR, etc. — which type would you most likely choose?
When I was in my twenties I use to go to Limerock Park to see Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) regional races.
2. R is for REALITY: If you had to choose one reality show to watch, which would it be?
I have never watched any of them.
3. R is for REINCARNATION: If you could come back after death as an animal, which would you choose?
A crow because they are so smart.
4. R is for REPORTER: Which local reporters do you trust more: your local newspaper’s or your local TV stations’?
None. I have been interviewed by local newspaper reporters, local TV reporters and CNN and it is always interesting to see how it comes out in the news. The CNN reporter I talked to for about 10 minutes while I was lobbying in Washington DC and he used one ten second clip… “I don’t think we will pass the bill this year [ENDA], we have to take the long view” at least he called me a seasoned activist.
5. R is for ROBOT: If science provided a practical robot to take care of chores around the house, would you be interested, or would you prefer doing it yourself?
At the drop of a hat! It can do all my chores while I surf the internet.
6. R is for RUDE: When you encounter what you consider is rude customer service, are you more likely to contact the manager on site or call the corporate office?
I believe in working up the chain of command unless it is really bad and then I would consider complaining to corporate.
