Heating Oil Price – YIKES!

I had another fill-up today and the price was $3.87⁹ can you believe it! I am paying $3.25 for gasoline and there is something like $0.60 cents of road tax on it, so the real price is around $2.60. Why is heating oil so expensive? Can you imagine what it is like for families on a fixed income?
This is insane!

I got gas today for $3.49. In January, my rent went up $25 because of heating oil.
