They Want To Wipe Us Out.

They don’t want healthcare for us, they don’t want us in schools, they don't want to say our name, they don't want to fly our flag, they just want to do away with us.
Indiana Republican introduces bill that would erase transgender people and deny marriage equality
The bill from Rep. Chris Judy would recognize only the gender assigned at birth and strengthen the state's existing but unenforceable ban on same-sex marriage.

A Republican legislator in Indiana wants to define gender in state law as the “biological sex” assigned at birth, effectively erasing transgender and nonbinary people, and deny recognition to same-sex marriages.

Rep. Chris Judy’s House Bill 1291, introduced for consideration in this year’s session of the Indiana legislature, would amend state statutes to replace the term “gender” with “biological sex,” based on a person’s sex assigned at birth and reproductive capabilities.

“‘Sex’ means the biological, genetic identity of a person as either male or female,” the bill reads. “This term does not include gender identity or any other term that conveys a person's subjective identification of a term other than male or female.”

This would affect discrimination cases, driver’s licenses and other official documents, state data collection, and more. Indiana law doesn’t ban anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination, but the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2020 that federal law against sex discrimination in employment applies to discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

The bill also would replace “gender” with “biological sex” in the state’s marriage law, so it would read, “A marriage between persons of the same biological sex is void in Indiana even if the marriage is lawful in the place where it is solemnized.”
They don’t care if it is legal or not… they just want to eradicate us!

They ignore science, they ignore healthcare professionals, and follow religious extremist.

And they don’t care about the lives that they are are forcing us in to a life of pain and suffering.

When I was reading the above article I came across this one…
Judge wonders if anti-transgender doctors sued 'because they wanted there to be discrimination'
“I don’t even understand why they brought this case,” Fifth Circuit Judge Catharina Haynes said of the suit being handled by anti-LGBTQ+ lawyer Jonathan Mitchell.

Federal appeals court judges and a Justice Department attorney this week expressed skepticism about a lawsuit filed by two Texas doctors challenging the Biden administration’s policy against anti-transgender discrimination in health care, with one judge wondering if they sued simply “because they wanted there to be discrimination.”

In 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced it would consider Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, which bans sex discrimination in health care, to also ban discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. This is in keeping with the Supreme Court’s 2020 ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County, which applied the same standard to federal law banning sex discrimination in employment.

Neese and Hurly claim in the suit that they’re at risk of sanctions from the U.S. government, including loss of federal funds, because they won’t provide certain services to transgender clients. Neese said she won’t treat trans patients who are under 18, as she opposes gender-affirming care for them, and she treats all people 18 and older without discrimination, but she doesn’t provide gender-affirming care to them because it’s outside her specialty. She and Hurly both said they’d had trans patients refuse tests they recommended.

But Judge Dana Douglas, part of a three-judge Fifth Circuit panel that heard the case Monday, told Mitchell, “Your clients are not withholding treatment or tests. They are complaining that their patients are refusing to undergo tests. That’s totally different,” according to Courthouse News Service.
I can tell you why they brough this case (Which seems like another “What if” cases) they want to bring it all the way to the Trump’s Supreme Court in hopes that the court will rule in their favor.
“There is nothing in the record to indicate that any of these plaintiffs are going to engage in conduct that violates the statute,” Peters said in court. Becerra himself has said he doesn’t believe they are violating it.

The Iowa Caucus show the true color of the Republicans, that they will do anything to win, even wiping us out and criminalize us.
LGBTQ+ Iowans feel threatened by Republican candidates' stances
The contenders for the Republican presidential nomination have served up a heaping helping of homophobia and transphobia.

As Iowans got ready to vote in the Republican presidential caucus LGBTQ+ residents expressed concern about the homophobic and transphobic views of the candidates.

“I fought for their rights and now they want to take away mine,” trans military veteran Eligh Cade recently told The Washington Post. The Post interviewed Cade and others at Iowa’s oldest LGBTQ+ bar, the Blazing Saddle in Des Moines. Cade is a security guard at the bar.

The Republican presidential aspirants have proudly touted their opposition to gender-affirming health care, especially for youth; to trans women’s participation in women’s sports; and sometimes to trans identity itself. “Transgenderism, especially in kids, is a mental health disorder,” businessman Vivek Ramaswamy said in the second GOP presidential debate, held in September.
Fear… Hatred… Demonizing… That is the Republican way and the fascist ways.
Several have called for a national ban on gender-affirming care, at least for young people, including the front-runner, Donald Trump (who was declared winner of the caucuses barely after they started Monday night). Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who is rising in the polls, has made the outrageous claim that trans girls’ inclusion in girls’ school sports causes suicidal ideation in cisgender teen girls. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed many anti-LGBTQ+ bills into law, such as the infamous “don’t say gay” bill, banning instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in his state’s public schools. In debates and ads, the candidates have appeared to compete for who can be most anti-trans.
They all want to use us, they all want capitalize on the animosity they have generated.

It is an eradication campaign against all things LGBTQ+.

Well LGBT folks in Iowa better set aside the glitter, rainbow cupcakes, and fluff, out of your bars and yourself help groups. Into political organizing like never before. This is LGBT lives we are talking about. The very people who you are surrounded with in Iowa hate you. Trump hates you. They debate your right to exist. Do you now understand it is real. This is war plain and simple. Please stop trying to get a seat at their table. "LGBT people are degenerate, they are not. They have god we do not." They are fascists we know it and must by any means necessary fight it. Where will we all be when the push comes to shove?
Always remember in the words of the great revolutionary poet Roque Dalton, "Remember that the least fascist among you is still a fascist." Yeap even that little old man and his wife who smile and wave at you and then go into the voting booth and vote for trump. What is the full answer I really don't know but together in a political action group, the answers may come.
