Their Vengeance Will Have Drastic Consequences.

Have you noticed that the Republican go after anyone who crosses them? It is a trait the MAGA Republicans picked up from Trump.

They are against anything that has to do with LGBTQ+ and of the things that is on the Republican chopping block is funding for HIV/AIDS! The Houston Chronicle reported that,
It outlines a $1.6 billion cut to the CDC, including a $220 million reduction in “HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, and tuberculosis prevention” and a $238.5 million cut from the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program. The Ryan White program provides medical care and support services to low-income HIV patients and serves more than half of those diagnosed in the U.S.

The bill also proposes cutting funding to the Minority HIV/AIDS fund by more than half — from $60 million to $28 million. According to hiv.gov, the fund supports prevention and care projects targeting disparities that affect communities of color.
Ever since Reagan labeled HIV/AIDS as the “Gay Disease” the Republicans against funding for treatment and research. The thing is that diseases don't know political parties, and once a disease gets out in "the wild" it can spread to anyone including a straight MAGA Republican.

Two more vengeful acts by the MAGA Republicans;
House Republicans push to defund Kamala Harris’ office, IRS in key spending bill
Other amendments propose cutting funding to DEI offices

House Republicans are clamoring to defund a wide array of Biden administration offices, attaching several amendments to do just that to a government funding bill set to be considered this week.

The House is expected to take up the Financial Services and General Government fiscal year 2024 appropriations, which lays out funding for the Treasury and executive office of the president, among other sections.

An amendment submitted by Rep. Mike Collins, R-Ga., is aimed at halting funds toward Vice President Kamala Harris’ office.

Multiple amendments that were offered targeted funding toward the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, while another by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., proposed reducing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Daniel Werfel’s salary to $1.

Two Offices of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA) within the Biden administration are the subject of cost-cutting GOP proposals. An amendment proposed by Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., specified defunding the Treasury’s ODEIA, and a similar amendment by Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo., hit the Office of Personnel Management.
And then they went after Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg cutting his salary in another Fox News article…
The House approved a measure late Tuesday that would slash Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg's taxpayer-funded government salary to just $1.

The bill — which was introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga. — was passed via voice vote Tuesday as an amendment to the 2024 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, the standalone funding bill for the General Services Administration, Securities and Exchange Commission and other related agencies.

"I’m proud to announce my amendment to FIRE Pete Buttigieg just PASSED the House. Pothole Pete staged fake bike rides to the White House and used private planes funded by taxpayers to receive awards for the way certain people have sex," Greene said in a social media post Tuesday. "American taxpayers should not be on the hook for paying for his lavish trips or his salary."
The Republican party symbol is fitting an elephant never forgets and neither do the vindictive MAGA Republicans.
