Away For The Indigenous Peoples' Day Weekend!

I will be up in Maine this weekend for my birthday at my brother's and sister-in-law condo. So my post will be spotty... reposts, canned posts and occasional news analysis posts.

I usually make a meal for them while I'm there and I was thinking about something with scallops and a cream sauce over some type of rice.

This will probably my last trip to Maine as they are moving down to New Jersey to be with their daughter.
